Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. Last updated 28 July 2026.

The Short Version

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell personal information. What we collect is aggregate analytics about how pages are used, plus the click data that tells an operator's affiliate system that a visit came from us. If you would rather we held nothing, the contact details below let you say so.

What We Collect

We do not collect names, postal addresses, dates of birth, payment details or gambling account information. We never see your deposits, balances or play history at any operator.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and comparable identifiers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, which we honour for analytics. Blocking cookies does not break the site. It may mean an operator does not attribute your visit to us, which affects our revenue and not your account.

Who Else Is Involved

Three categories of third party can receive data through your use of this site: our hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes requests and logs; our analytics provider, which receives aggregate usage data; and the affiliate networks operated by or for the casinos we link to, which receive click data when you follow one of those links.

Once you land on an operator's site you are covered by that operator's privacy policy rather than ours, and we have no control over what it collects. Worth reading before you register.

Legal Bases and Retention

We process analytics and affiliate data on the basis of legitimate interests in running and funding an editorial site, and we process email correspondence on the basis of your having contacted us. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies in your jurisdiction, we rely on that consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate for 26 months. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so that we can trace a correction back to its source, then deleted.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to obtain a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will confirm receipt promptly and respond within the period the applicable law allows. We may need to ask for enough information to locate your records, which for a site without accounts is usually an IP address and an approximate date.

Children

This site is intended for people aged 21 and over and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to the privacy address above and we will delete it.

Changes and Contact

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page itself rather than applied silently.

Privacy questions and requests: [email protected]. General enquiries go through our contact page.
